4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

YUGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Paraguay. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Asunción, Paraguay.
